The Hockey Prophets Prospect Stock Exchange^©

The Prospect Stock Exchange is a marketplace for buying and selling shares of draft-eligible prospects. 

How it works:

• Registered users automatically start with a portfolio of $50,000 HoPro bucks in their portfolio. With HoPro bucks, shares of individual players can be purchased.
• Owned shares can later be sold, either at a prophet or loss based on the rising or falling value of the prospect.
• Each prospect has an initial value (IPO) based on their standings among the relevant draft rankings lists at the start of the season. As shares are purchased or sold, the value of the prospects rises or falls, respectively.
• At the conclusion of the draft, prospect values will settle based on each prospect's actual NHL draft selection position, with the values noted on the Player Settlement table.
