Hischier needs to spend some more effort on the backcheck and in the defensive zone, but his play in his own end is not a liability and will improve. His offensive skills and speed are excellent, and his vision is excellent or better. He shows great awareness and patience on the ice, and was untouchable when he had the puck on his stick. He should be a top choice for the 2017 draft
